On 13 June, we held a new Open Day at Aerodynamics Academy, at our aeronautical campus in Velez-Malaga.
The event brought together future pilots, families, and aviation enthusiasts who wanted to learn more about pilot training and experience the school from the inside. Throughout the morning, attendees had the opportunity to ask questions, visit our facilities, and gain a clearer understanding of what it means to begin an aviation career.
A closer look at pilot training
The Open Day began with an informative presentation about Aerodynamics Academy, our training programmes and the different pathways available for those who want to become pilots.
During this first part of the event, attendees were able to learn more about the school, our training approach and some of the key aspects to consider before starting pilot training.
One of the most valuable parts of the session was the opportunity to ask questions directly to our team. Training duration, entry requirements, English level, programme structure and career opportunities were among the topics discussed during the morning.
Visiting the campus and training facilities
After the presentation, attendees joined a guided visit through different areas of the campus.
The tour included training spaces, simulator areas and part of the school’s operational environment. This allowed visitors to better understand the day-to-day experience of a pilot student and the resources that support them throughout their training.
Seeing the facilities in person helps future students move beyond online research and experience the training environment more clearly.

Clear information before making a decision
One of the main goals of the Open Day is to provide clear, direct information to those considering pilot training.
Choosing a flight school is an important decision. Events like this allow prospective students to understand the training project from the inside, speak with the team and ask specific questions in a close and practical setting.
For many attendees, the visit helped clarify their ideas, compare options and better understand what their next step towards aviation could look like.
An event connected to the future student decision-making process
This edition of the Open Day once again confirmed something important: before choosing a flight school, future students need clear information, direct contact and a real experience of the training environment.
The combination of an informative page, online registration and social media communication helped interested attendees arrive with a clearer idea of the event and make better use of the in-person visit.
The result was a morning focused on real questions and on bringing pilot training closer to those considering a professional aviation career.
Thank you for joining us
