Train as a Cabin Crew Member
The Cabin Crew training course provides comprehensive theoretical and practical preparation, helping students develop the knowledge and skills required to pass the official examinations and work safely on board an aircraft.
In Andalusia, practical training takes place at our aviation training centre in Málaga, with facilities and simulators approved by the Spanish Aviation Safety and Security Agency (AESA) for official Cabin Crew training and examinations.
Aerodynamics Academy also delivers training in Madrid and operates an approved practical training centre at Rey Juan Carlos University, where students can complete the corresponding practical sessions.
After successfully completing the programme and official examinations, students obtain the official Cabin Crew Attestation, recognised within the European aviation framework.
Course duration and content
The Cabin Crew training course has an approximate duration of three months and combines official AESA training with additional modules designed to strengthen students’ professional preparation.
The programme is divided into two phases:
- Official AESA training, including classroom-based theoretical instruction, practical training and sessions in approved simulators.
- Cabin Crew specialisation modules, including professional skills, additional training and ongoing career guidance.

PRACTICAL TRAINING
- Survival (SUP).

- Aerospace Medicine / First Aid (MED).
Aerodynamics Academy operates its own training facilities in Andalusia and Madrid. In Málaga, students can complete practical training and official examinations without travelling to another region.
Survival, emergency and first-aid training
The practical phase of the Cabin Crew course takes place in controlled environments designed to recreate real emergency situations safely.
Students complete swimming-pool survival exercises, fire and smoke training in approved simulators and first-aid scenarios using the equipment required to practise evacuation procedures, firefighting, passenger assistance and responses to medical emergencies.
These practical sessions allow students to apply their theoretical knowledge, improve their response capacity and develop confidence when performing normal and emergency procedures.
The training prepares students for the operational demands of working on board and helps them approach future airline selection processes with stronger practical skills.

- Two uniforms: an onboard uniform and a practical-training uniform
- Professional image training, protocol and personal presentation
- Certified executive aviation module, delivered in collaboration with Aerodynamics Jets

- Swimming-pool survival exercises, aircraft simulator training and firefighting practice
- Executive aviation and charter flight training
- Airport Operations Technician training, providing access to potential ground-operations roles within airports
Career guidance and airline recruitment preparation
Aerodynamics Academy offers students ongoing career guidance, including support with CV preparation, interviews and recruitment processes for national and international airlines.
The teaching team includes active Cabin Crew members and pilots with professional aviation and training experience. This enables students to work with realistic industry situations and receive training aligned with current operational requirements.
Aerodynamics Academy also collaborates with airlines and hosts training activities for professional crews, strengthening students’ exposure to the aviation sector and its recruitment processes.
