Tasks include:
- Check-in management.
- Boarding.
- Passenger assistance.
- Information and incident desks.
- Coordinate and control ramp and passenger handling.
- Coordinate aircraft start-up and towing operations.
- Coordinate services assisting flights on arrival and departure.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
The Airport Operations Technician (TOA) course is conducted at our locations in Madrid (Fuenlabrada and Universidad Rey Juan Carlos I) and Málaga. It includes a training visit to the training centers at each location.
Aerodynamics Academy covers travel costs for students to the training center.
