At Aerodynamics Academy, continuous improvement and operational excellence are at the core of everything we do. This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming David Morse Director FTO at CAE to our campus as part of the ongoing supervision and follow-up process of the MPL cadet training program delivered in collaboration with CAE.
The visit represented an important opportunity for both organizations to review the progress and performance of the cadets currently enrolled in the program, while continuing to strengthen the close operational relationship established between Aerodynamics Academy and CAE.
Throughout the visit, key aspects of the training pathway were evaluated, including operational procedures, training standards, cadet development, and the alignment of objectives between both organizations. These follow-up meetings play a fundamental role in ensuring that the program continues to meet the highest industry expectations and remains fully aligned with airline-oriented training requirements.
The MPL (Multi-Crew Pilot Licence) pathway has become one of the most advanced and airline-focused pilot training models in modern aviation, designed to prepare cadets for real multi-crew airline operations from the earliest stages of their training. Through programs such as this, cadets benefit from a highly structured environment that combines theoretical instruction, simulator training, and operational flight experience under rigorous international standards.
At Aerodynamics Academy, we are proud to contribute to the development of the next generation of airline pilots by providing a professional training environment focused on safety, discipline, operational excellence, and real-world airline preparation.
With more than 27 years of experience in aviation training, a growing international presence, and one of the most complete aviation campuses in Southern Europe, Aerodynamics Academy continues to reinforce its commitment to high-quality pilot training and long-term industry partnerships.
We would like to thank David Morse and the CAE team for their visit, collaboration, and continued trust in our organization. We look forward to continuing working together to support the future of commercial aviation training.
